We are open Monday/Wednesday/Thursday/Friday 10am to 12-45pm.

We also hold an Outreach in Caerau on Thursday afternoon 2pm to 4pm.

Maesteg CAB is always looking for volunteers age is not important, we will train all new volunteers.
