Eligibility for Cobwebs Online

If you are a Bridgend-based not-for-profit organisation, your Web pages may be created through use of the Cobwebs Online system and hosted by Bridgend County Borough Council as part of its range of services to support economic and social development in the county, or as a part of its programmes to promote and develop awareness of information and communications technologies.

A requirement for eligibility for Cobwebs Online is that you provide us with a contact e-mail address for the organisation. This e-mail address will be placed on your web site. Any organisation who wishes to participate in the project but does not have access to the necessary technology should contact their local community ICT facility. Bridgend County Borough Council reserve the right to refuse any application if it is felt that it does not meet the criteria or if it is felt that the organisation is not acting in good faith, or in line with the ethos of the project.
